Pastor Lanny
Pastor Lanny was born and raised on the Westside of Long Beach, CA. Both his parents are originally from Mississippi. He went to private Christian schools, the majority of K-8. He then graduated from Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo High School (Public/Long Beach Unified School District). As a child a love of reading the Bible & studying history was instilled in him. Pastor Lanny did two years of undergrad at Oral Roberts university before transferring to California State University Dominguez Hills for a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Africana Studies. He went on to grad school in Mississippi to become a licensed History teacher. Pastor Lanny was licensed to teach in Mississippi for five years. After grad school and a semester teaching history in one of the most underperforming high schools in Mississippi; he decided it was time for a career change. That is when he entered the career of Librarianship. Pastor Lanny has spent over 10 years in that field spanning public, academic, & law libraries. He has worked for public & academic libraries in Tennessee, Mississippi & California. Pastor Lanny received the call to enter into ministry in October of 2018. Ever since then he has been preaching the uncut word of God and baptizing souls into the Kingdom. Our church is located in the Greater Memphis Area. He has been married to his beautiful wife Amber since August of 2013. Both Pastor Lanny & his wife Amber have strong family ties to Memphis and the greater MID-SOUTH as a whole. Pastor Lanny’s roots lay in Southwest Mississippi (McComb & Hazelhurst areas); where he has had family residing for over 250 years (since the French, Spanish, & British colonial area). He is also part Choctaw and Mississippi is the ancestral home of the tribe. His wife Amber grew up in North Alabama & North Mississippi with both her parents being from North Mississippi (Ripley & Indianola areas). We have many family members living in the Greater Memphis Area. We feel led by the Holy Spirit to this area.

Bro. Malcolm is Deacon over our South Central Region. If you live in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and portions of Arkansas Bro. Malcolm is the contact for fellowship & church events.

Bro. Darryl
Brother Darryl is a teacher at our church located in Southern California. Darryl was born in Hollywood, CA. His early childhood was spent in Charlotte, North Carolina where he and his three sisters were homeschooled by their mother. After several years his parents decided to return to California where he attended Auburndale Intermediate and Centennial High School in Corona. He furthered his studies and played football at Riverside Community College and now lives in the city of Riverside with his lovely wife Chassidy, and two beautiful children, little Darryl and Harper Jean.
